First, the human…

Kristian Bielicki has joined us as our Client Service Specialist.

Kristian is the kind of person who has to know how everything works. In college, that curiosity had him leading a team of eight students on a six-month consulting project for a golf-tech startup in Norway. After that, he spent seven years across insurance, fintech, and CRM systems before he landed on what he actually wanted to do: financial planning.

He’s working toward his CFP® certification now. What brought him to Birch was simple. He wanted to work somewhere that treats every client like a real person with a real story. That’s exactly the kind of teammate we were hoping for.

When he’s not at the office, he’s usually on a trail somewhere. Lifelong soccer player, serious backpacker, and a trivia guy who once made it to the final round of casting tryouts for Jeopardy! 

Now… the dog.

Holly is our new Chief Happiness Officer.

Holly is one of my English Springer Spaniels, and she started coming to the office back in October. As far as she’s concerned, her job is making sure nobody around here goes more than an hour without smiling. She’s very good at it.

She’s also enrolled in weekly training classes through the Humane Society. We’re told she’s making great progress. Holly has her doubts.

If you stop by, she will find you. And she will expect belly rubs.
